For this week’s Thursday trivia, we present you with this scenario:
Jane has epilepsy. When she has seizures, she experiences brief jerks in both of her hands for a couple seconds. Sometimes she will have a few of these brief seizures during a 5-10 minute period. Jane is always awake and aware during her seizures, and after the seizures pass, she is able to return to whatever activity she was doing at the time.
