New Beginnings Community Living Home is a residential care facility specializing in developmentally delayed and dual-diagnosed female adults. New Beginnings consists of two 9-bed residential care homes located in a quiet and friendly Ammon neighborhood. Residents enjoy a quality of life and care found only in our home-like atmosphere. DeeOn Waters established New Beginnings in 1987 and has been providing premier quality care for mentally and physically disabled adult women ever since. Having a disabled daughter of her own, DeeOn has been assisting individuals with special needs for over 50 years. DeeOn is a licensed Residential Care Facility Administrator, and has significant experience serving on local and state boards, which advocate for the needs of disabled people. Having grown up in an environment of caring for others, Brett Waters has over 35 years of experience working with disabled individuals. Brett officially joined New Beginnings in 2002 as business manager, and in 2003 he earned his Administrator's license. Having a degree in Finance from BYU-Provo and an MBA from Idaho State University, Brett serves on state and national assisted living association boards, which advocate for quality care among and fair reimbursement for their member facilities.
