Holy Mongolian Grill! New China Super Buffet is, yes, a buffet, but oh so much more. During all operating hours New China also offers the Mongolian grill service. For those of you not familiar with the Mongolian Grill concept, you step up to what looks like a salad bar that contains fresh veggies, spices, sauces, seasonings and meat choices that you select and mash down in a bowl and hand to the chef. Your chef will cook your personalized dish on the giant flat surface circle grill(which is apparently very popular in Mongolia) returned to you and back to your seat your run with a fresh made, piping hot Asian grill made to your specifications. …and it’s included in the buffet cost. They also have a sushi bar, this sushi has good flavor, is kept on ice, and is made right in front of you by one of the chefs so you can see the entire process. Don’t want to have sushi, that is fine, but watch the show anyway. If you do, there are some nigiri options and a few rolls, mainly crab, salmon and tuna but also the occasional eel roll. …and it’s included in the buffet cost.
