Latest New England Foot & Ankle, P.C. news

New England Foot & Ankle is now offering Telehealth visits! At this time of unprecedented uncertainty the health of our patients remains our utmost priority. We are now able to offer you Telehealth visits with your physician. Telehealth would be a scheduled video or phone engagement with your doctor to discuss your health needs. This type of visit would be paid for in the same way an office visit is paid by your health insurance. You will need a smart phone, tablet or computer with a camera for a video call. Our offices will remain open to see patients as many remain in need of xrays, procedures and direct examination. If you would like to change your current appointment from an in office visit to a virtual or telemedicine visit please contact the New England Foot & Ankle office in the 3 days prior to your visit to change your type of appointment. We will need to know your smart phone carrier/service provider and recommend being connected to wifi for the appointment. Once you have a scheduled virtual/telemedicine appointment, you will receive a text or email with a link to connect with your doctor at your appointed time. We continue to follow all recommended CDC protocols to protect each other and continue to provide the care you trust from us. Sincerely, The New England Foot & Ankle Team
