Clinical Duties include:
Must be able to perform Phlebotomy, and administer vaccines.
Understanding of medical terminology
Prepare patients for examination, by taking vitals, such as weight, height and blood pressure, and documenting medical history
Assisting doctors with In Office procedures
Administrative Duties include
Checking patients in and out
Verifying and updating patient demographic
Verifying insurance information
Collecting patient co-payments, and outstanding balances
Providing direct administrative support to our doctors as needed.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task and keep up with daily responsibilities. Must be proficient in standard office procedures and have strong computer skills. Must be able to communicate with both patients and clinicians in a professional and appropriate manner.
