We offer group and Personal Training, for Adults and Children in Karate, JuJitsu & Aerobic (fitness) Kickboxing. The system is a great way to increase confidence, self-esteem, and physical fitness while having fun. Classes are divided by age 4-7, 8-12, teens, and adults. We teach a vast array of techniques, including punches, kicks, open-handed strikes, restraints, throws, grappling, and locks. Karate & Jujitsu training emphasis is on self defense and self development. Our focus is on non-aggression, and defense. The techniques are both practical and easy to learn. Our schedule can accommodate even the busiest of schedules, with all groups meeting every weekday and on Saturdays. The program is flexible, and allows students to attend classes whenever they would like. Our facility is clean, modern, safe, and fully accessible. We are a Heart Safe Facility with all staff trained in CPR and AED.
In the children's programs are grouped by age, size, maturity and belt colors. Students develop at their own pace. Personal Development, Fun, Self Defense are taught in a safe and exciting manner. The child learns to be a success by their own work. We are always here to help parents and students to reach their full potential. Success must earned It can't be given. Your child will see their success because of their own efforts. Expectation of success will help a student feel confident. Young student will learn to count on themselves and gain independence.
All instructors have experience with little children and are Certified Adult Black Belt Instructors. Students learn safety is always number one. We have a safety and character development curriculum built into our martial arts program. We help children find success the old fashioned way they earn it and gain the real pride in knowing they can.
