Upon opening on Monday, May 4, 2020, we will be using heightened sanitation protocols. Surgical masks and gloves will be worn by our staff when in close proximity of patients. We will be wiping down all surfaces, tools, and equipment between patients to sanitize the office. Therefore, we will also be limiting the number of people in the office at any given time, and the number of appointments per day.
In addition to providing the cleanest clinic possible, we encourage everyone to take a few simple steps to better avoid the spread of this virus, including:
Wash your hands regularly with soap and warm water and rinse for at least 30 seconds.
Avoid unnecessary contact with others.
Practice social distancing of at least 6 feet from other people.
Avoid touching your face, eyes and mouth.
Cleaning all common surfaces including your cell phone regularly.
handle your own hearing aids and avoid others touching them as much as possible.

To our valued patients,
There is no higher priority to the New Way Hearing team than the safety of our patients and employees.
On Saturday, March 21, 2020, we were informed via email that Governor Ron DeSantis had issued Executive Order 20-72 the day prior, regarding non-essential elective medical procedures.
All hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, office surgery centers, dental, orthodontic and endodontic offices, and other health care practitioners’ offices in the state of Florida are prohibited from providing any medically unnecessary, non-urgent or non-emergency procedure or surgery which, if delayed, does not place a patients immediate health, safety or wellbeing at risk, or will, if delayed, not contribute to the worsening of a serious or life-threatening medical condition.
OUR OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We apologize for this inconvenience, which is beyond our control due to this worldwide pandemic. We have been told that this will now be in effect until April 30, 2020.
