I am going to write this right now.This is a review for the best customer service ever.
Marina Deli owner,Neil Odze.
I went back for another quart of the mushroom barley I mentioned a few days ago, for health reasons.
Today I got the soup home and it was not up to their standards. Because I know they would want to know I called to let them know something happened. Janey, I think the manager, did not make any fuss and apologized profusely. But wait it gets better.
She offers to make it up to me I say thanks and we hang up. 2 minutes later she calls back and says the owner, Neil, is delivering a fresh quart right to my home.I am shocked and accept the offer.
15 minutes later Neil rides up with a hot quart of their soupy nectar.

Meet @malloryhopes ... she flew in from Tel Aviv, Israel this morning just so she could have Thanksgiving Dinner from the New York Marina Deli! Didn’t care that she would be eating solo in a hotel room while quarantined until she gets Covid tested.
