It's a bit of an odd place to get an inspection (back half of a convenience store, but the people are friendly and the service is extremely fast.
Would be a 5 star review if they had a place to sit indoors while you're waiting on your vehicle inspection. In the summer sitting outside in Texas is not preferable.

I came here once for an inspection as everyplace else had long waits. It took maybe 10 minutes!
As others mentioned its very unassuming and it would be easy to mistake this place as just another gas station/convenience store, but they are full service mechanics and based on my 2 visits here they are lightening quick and very well priced (5 bucks to change a tail light!) and clearly want to build repeat business and great word of mouth.
This place is close to my work so I know where I'll get all my stuff done and all my inspections.

My daughter was complaining of some noises in her car. It sounded like rear brakes the way she described it at first. But then as I asked questions, I had no idea what it was. She works in the area, so we found Newberry on Yelp and saw all of the great reviews. I told her to stop by there and see what they said. I figured if an auto repair place has this good of reviews, they must be trustworthy, which is mainly what I was wanting. She stopped by, and after 20 minutes of driving around, it was determined that it was some spring rods that make the trunk lid pop up. It was a very simple fix. Cars are so complicated now that they could have said anything, but they were honest and I appreciate that. She will be back and I will certainly be taking future business to them.

I've taken two cars to get their state vehicle inspections here in the last month, and each time it's never been done faster in my life. I'm talking "rolling out of the parking lot within 5 minutes of arrival" fast. In my 20+ years of driving I've never been to a place that quick.
