I knew I needed to start taking care of myself and I came in to address one surface issue and discovered that a lot the natural treatments ended up being linked to some of the deeper , most embarrassing health issues I was too embarrassed to bring to even my primary care physician yet because I didn’t want the drugs and medication.
Beyond that , I figured what the heck - check out my toddler thinking everything would be fine.
