The right person is likely to have been working in a customer-facing environment and has a long track record of dealing with customers, answering questions on the phone and in person, and turning inquires into happy customers. We help people reclaim their lives so they can stay active, healthy, and mobile - without the use of pain medications, injections, or surgery. The Role You will be responsible for managing a front desk and waiting room experience, meeting and greeting our patients, answering the phone, converting inquires into paying patients and ensuring that all of our patients are looked after and made to feel welcomed whenever they enter our world. Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by booking in new patients via the phone or those who walk into our clinic directly and excelling at retaining those patients as lifelong customers of the business. You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that patients will be happy to pay for and just as happy to tell others about. Regular Duties and Tasks Include: • Greeting patients when they arrive, getting them water or coffee, taking payments, and scheduling future appointments. • Cheerfully answering the phone and returning patient and prospective patient calls. (You will be provided training on how to speak with potential clients) • Creating and printing receipts for patients • Processing my email - I get a lot of email and probably 75% of it is manageable and easily addressed by a well-trained Office Administrator • Efficiently transcribing audio/video files - we will be using a lot of video to promote the clinic and these will need transcription • Filing paperwork –making sure faxes from MD’s get electronically filed in the electronic medical record. • Smiling and connecting with people • Cleaning of the office (sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, tidying up, etc). we have a weekly cleaning service, but sometimes, things get dirty and need some attention. • Be flexible in your working hours (weekends are required) • Be responsible for limiting “drop-offs” - Required to making regular phone calls to the people who have dropped off our schedule What we will do for you: • Provide you with ongoing training and support in the field of customer service and front desk administration • Give you an amazing environment to work in that includes working with a team of wonderful and very supportive staff – as well as very friendly customers who will love working with you • Opportunity to develop and grow in a team that is value driven and strongly encourages personality based service • Hourly rate of 12-16 for a full time position Thanks for reading this far! Increased stress compromises your immune system - and puts you at a greater risk to get any kind of illness - not just the coronavirus 🤔 I hear from so many of you that you just don’t have time to take care of yourself - to take care of that back, knee, shoulder or neck pain that’s been nagging you for years… well DO IT NOW - and make the best out of this scenario!! 💪🏼
