OUR BROKER
Andy Newman, the Broker/Owner of NextHome Today, is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Miami School of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1982 and licensed as a Florida broker since 1987.
In addition to his extensive real estate and legal experience, Andy also owns the Newman Speaking and Sales Institute, where he teaches public speaking, presentation, and sales skills.
Having previously founded and operated a multi-office real estate firm for many years, Andy has the knowledge to help NextHome Today agents reach their maximum income potential, and he is totally committed to their success.
OUR OFFICE
For agent interviews, important conferences, and special events, our corporate office is located in a first class office building just north of Mizner Park in the heart of Boca Raton.
However, our office is where our agents are. NextHome’s proprietary technology enables every NextHome agent to conduct business efficiently from their home, car, or any other convenient location. A client’s access to his or her agent should not be limited by office hours at a fixed location. With today’s technology, the agents are where the clients need them: online in the virtual world or in person for the client’s convenience.
Large real estate offices are a thing of the past. They provide little or no financial benefit to agents. Our NextHome Today real estate brokerage is lean, efficient, and productive.
