Coconut oil is a jack-of-all-trades product -- it's even used for oral health! Grab the jar of coconut oil that's hanging out in your kitchen, fill up a tablespoon, and swish the oil in your mouth for about 15-20 minutes. The oil pulls out all the bacteria and plaque that's stuck in between your teeth. Not only will this help clean your teeth, but it can also prevent early decay and tooth loss.
