Nickolas C. Mourtos is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group’s office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, where he majored in Government and Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. During his time at Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Mourtos was the Vice-President of the Federalist Society and a participant in the Domestic Violence Clinic, where he represented underprivileged members of the community who were victims of domestic violence and were seeking final restraining orders.
After law school, Mr. Mourtos served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Evan H.C. Crook, J.S.C. and the Honorable Terrence R. Cook, J.S.C. in the Family Part of the Burlington County Superior Court. During his clerkships, Mr. Mourtos was exposed to all aspects of divorce and family law litigation, where his devotion to family law was solidified.
Mr. Mourtos has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar. His practice is exclusively focused on matrimonial and family law in the State of New Jersey, which includes, but is not limited to, divorce, alimony, child support, child custody and parenting time and domestic violence issues.
Mr. Mourtos is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
