13-year-old Luis Miguel Santiago is missing. Luis was last seen last night (May 28th) on Anderson Avenue in the Town Plot section of Waterbury at approximately 9 pm. His family reported him missing shortly after midnight.
Luis was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt and blue pants. He is 5’7” and weighs 110 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about this missing person is asked to contact the Waterbury Youth Squad Detectives at (203) 574-6956 or Waterbury Police Dispatch at (203) 574-6911.
