🎀Under Contract🎀 My clients just can’t get enough of the serenity at Lake Houston. This contract was truly a team effort. We found this house about a week ago yet it was under contract with someone else, however the sales agent told my client that it was a chance it would come back on the market. Although we did view other homes this was the 1 home he TRULY wanted. We tagged team this poor sales agent for a week straight, on on the last day I must have harassed her for 8 hours until she sent the contract with my client’s name on it oh & his $10,000 closing cost credit!!!! .
