Dr. Militello has been a part of the UCLA community for several years, starting as a medical student, then pediatric resident, and later an attending pediatric hospitalist. In her new role as general pediatrician at the Porter Ranch office, she brings her comprehensive training and enthusiastic spirit to the community where she and her family reside. Dr. Militello is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She is board certified in Pediatrics, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
Dr. Militello appreciates the special role of a pediatrician to help develop and nurture healthy lifestyle choices from the earliest stages of development. She is here to assist families with their children’s comprehensive health needs as they grow into thriving teenagers and young adults. Dr. Militello has a network of referral sources within the UCLA system and the San Fernando Valley to assist with any specialized diagnoses your child may have.
In her free time, Dr. Militello loves spending time with her family and friends. You can find her playing soccer at the park with her husband and stepdaughter, or running the hills of Porter Ranch training for the Boston Marathon. She also serves on the board of directors for Kids Can Los Angeles, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing medical and adaptive equipment to children with special needs.
