Been going to Dr Nielson for years. Had to change Dr’s one year due to insurance change and it was the worst experience of my life. Went to Dr Nielson and he fixed their mistake they made on me for free. Changed back to my old insurance and have gone to Dr Nielson ever since. Great experience. Love the technicians too!

I have been going to Dr. Don Nielson since I was about 7yrs old and after I married, my husband started going to him too. We can't imagine ever going to any other dentist.
He and his office staff are great! They go out of their way to make you comfortable...well, as comfortable as anyone can be in a dentists office... :-) They do what they say they are going to and make sure you are well informed about treatment and billing, we have never had any unpleasant surprises.
I have recommended this office to many people over the more than 30yrs that I have been going here.

Another smooth and pleasant visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Erica was thorough in her cleaning, care, and examination. She was focused on doing a good job and I'd would recommend her for future appointments.
Dr. Don was great. Very open to addressing any issues I have with my crowns (upper left). His willingness to redo the crowns for gaps is always appreciated. He also appreciated the offer to refer me to another practice to discuss the sensitivity I'm experiencing with the teeth that have been crowned.
When checking out I was notified that my family had an outstanding balance due to the insurance claiming there was an interruption in coverage. When I responded that this was not possible, the staff offered to take the initiative to contact the insurance company to identify the issues and resubmit the claim as necessary. I really appreciated their willingness to help and overall customer service. Well done.
