We want you to feel safe and comfortable as you dine with us here at Niemergs. Below is an overview of the precautions we are taking to minimize the risks associated with Covid-19.
• All staff members are getting their temperatures checked as soon as they arrive at work and if found to be running a fever they are sent back home.
• We are answering a health questionnaire and anyone with a negative response to the questionnaire is not allowed to work.
• All Employees are wearing masks continuously while at work.
• We have constructed impermeable barriers between tables and are using rope barriers where applicable to help ensure social distancing.
• Tables have been removed and current tables are all spaced out correctly according to the CDC Guidelines.
• We are also offering outdoor dining for those of you who prefer to dine outside.
• We are using a two-step process to clean all tables after a guest leaves. The table and chairs are first wiped down with our towels and then a disinfecting hard surface cleaner is applied to the tables and chairs to ensure that they have been properly disinfected.
• We are offering contactless menus on each table through the use of your smart phone or tablet or you can have a one-time use disposable paper menu.
• We have multiple sanitizing stations available and are working to clean restrooms and other frequently used areas a minimum of once an hour.

We are looking to add to our excellent kitchen staff. Cooks fry chicken, cook on the grill, run the fryers, dress sandwiches and put out togo orders. We have full or part time work available and are interviewing now. Pay depends on experience and will move up quickly depending on your work ethic. Position is third shift and consist of sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and other tasks to ensure that the restaurant is clean and ready for the next morning. Shift is from 10p-6a - 5 days a week. Current cleaner works Monday-Friday nights. Wages based on reliability and experience. We look forward to talking to you!

Niemerg's Brass Rail Lounge is looking to add 1-2 bartenders to our service staff. Position is evenings and weekends and can be 3-4 days per week with weekends a must. Position pays up to $10 per hour plus tips. Hours are typically 5pm-10:30pm with some variation on the weekends. Please apply in person at Niemerg's Steak House.
