As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities Include:
-Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
-Identify customer needs and respond proactively
-Attract, recruit, and train staff
-Purchase goods and make improvements
-Report sales results and productivity to management
-Comply with all health and safety regulations

Our parking lot is getting resurfaced, but we are open! You can park on the west side of the lot or the adjacent lot at Home Depot. Can’t wait to see you soon! The project will take place from today - Tuesday.

Staff Appreciation Night at Niks Italian Kitchen and Bar was a huge success!
A+ Federal Credit Union and Austin Deck Company sponsored this event. Niks gave a percentage of the sales right back to our school!
