Niloufer S. Dennis, MD, is an OB/GYN specialist in the La Jolla and El Cajon areas of San Diego County, California, who specializes in birth control, prenatal care, managing the effects of menopause, and pelvic pain. Her location is convenient for college students as well as travelers in need of quick, immediate care. Dr. Dennis’ practice welcomes patients who speak Arabic, English, Farsi, Hindi, Pashto, and Czech.
She then completed a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1996 at San Diego State University and an additional doctor of medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2001. In 2007, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Danbury Hospital, an affiliate of Yale Medical School.
Throughout her medical training and residency program, Dr. Dennis remained actively involved as a teacher in various scientific disciplines at the Charles University School of Medicine in Prague, Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies, and Danbury Hospital in Connecticut.
