In 2019 Nicole launched Niyama Soul Surrender Yoga, her own style of Power Vinyasa. Niyama Soul Surrender is a kaleidoscope of meaningful expression through movement of the body; relying on the core values presented in Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras. She incorporates dynamic music to spark the soul-body connection. Attention is brought to the release of stagnant prana, while simultaneously honoring the culmination of life's journey. All creating a beautiful tapestry of the spirit. The soul is where we find ourselves, the practice is the compass to arrive.
