At the NMCI Medical Clinic, we have specialists in the fields of pain management, physiatry, occupational medicine, internal medicine, family practice, osteopathic medicine, orthopedic surgery, foot and ankle surgery, psychiatry, psychology, acupuncture, chiropractic, etc.

For the convenience of our patients, we have on site medication dispensing, ultrasound guided joint injections, rehabilitation, home exercise programs, EKG testing, limited in office blood lab work ups, functional capacity exam and QFCs, EMG/NCV by board certified physiatrists. We also provide a variety of interventional procedures including Epidural, facet injections, nerve block, and other pain related procedures at local surgical centers/hospitals.
At the NMCI Medical Clinic, we have a large psychiatric department with multiple psychiatrists and psychologists. We provide in house psychotropic medications, psychiatric and neuropsychological testing, cognitive behavioral treatments, evaluation for pre-surgical, pre-spinal cord stimulation screening, and educational strategies to help patients to regain mental health, improve functionality and develop better coping mechanisms to pain and psych emotional issues.
In treating thousands of patients with chronic pain, we strive to give priority to non-narcotic and safer methods of treatment. The outcome in managing our patients’ symptoms, overall improvement in functionality and wellbeing in this way has been outstanding.
