Rumor has it..... A Bite of Maine food truck will be here Saturday, Oct 3, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, with all their usual wonderful goodies (including lobster rolls and my red hot dogs).

For those of US that require a little extra notice, The Red Hot Dog Truck, also know as The Bite of Maine Food Truck, will be back at Norfolk County Feed and Seed this Saturday, September 19, from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm.... And yes, they will have their famous lobster rolls, whoopie pies and all that stuff, but they will also have the red hot dogs I learned to love when I lived in Northern Maine...

Let's see.... Forecast for today, rain later with a 100% (almost) chance of A Bite-Of-Maine food truck and pleasant weather coming tomorrow to Norfolk County Feed & Seed, October 17th from 11:00 till 5:00.... Sounds like an awesome forecast...

This Saturday, October 10, Virginia Diner will have their food truck here at Norfolk County Feed and Seed, and they have promised that they will have ham biscuits this time (along with their other goodies). 11:00 till 2:00.....

Hoorayyyyyyy.... Just talked to our friends on the "A Bite Of Maine" food truck, and they are well and cleared by the Health Department to be back with us THIS SATURDAY, February 6th, from11:00 till 5:00... Ya'll may get lobster rolls, whoopie pies and such if you like.... I've already put in my order for red hot dogs....

33 years ago today, Mom closed her eyes for the last time in this world and opened them again in Heaven...
What an outstanding, unassuming blessing from God to a lot of us here... I have so many stories I'd like to share about her here, but I think Facebook has a limit of about 100 million words or so, so I would only get started... I don't know how she managed so much calm in the midst of the storm (yeah, I do), but she was always someone you wanted to be around...
I'll hush for now, but one day I'm going to have a lot of catching up to do...

Sadly..... We will not be hosting the Bite-Of-Maine Food Truck this Saturday. They are trying to recover from Covid, and we will not see them again until Saturday, February 6th (as of right now)... My red hot dog withdrawal will go away, but our friends on the food truck have spoiled us with their consistency and high level of service. Keep them in your prayers for a speedy recovery. Thanks...
