The story: Patient with “all on 4” in the mandible. After 4 years he came with periimplantitis on the end standing implant in 4th quadrant ( first picture)
- classical treatment: eplantation, new implant, new superstructure
- my treatment 😅 : unscrewed the suprastructure on the other 3 implants and took it out together with the failed implant. Cleaned the implant, cleaned the implant alveola with piezo, filed with EthOss and reinserted suprastructure with implant. Antibiotics and of course, I prayed.
After 5 months, this is the result (2nd picture) Perfect reossification
