Due to the evolving realities regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are making a couple more temporary changes.
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1st, 2020:
ALL NEW PATIENTS and all FOLLOW UP NON-DIABETICS MUST BE SEEN IN THE OFFICE.
Follow up Diabetic patients will be the only patients offered the option to have their appointment via telemedicine. Follow up Diabetic patients may be seen in the office as well if they choose.
ALL LAB APPOINTMENTS will continue to be conducted in the office regardless of diagnosis.
PLEASE NOTE: We will still be screening for COVID-19 infection at our entrances, requiring all patients to wear masks and practicing social distancing in the waiting rooms. If for some reason the waiting room is going beyond the capacity regulated by the State’s latest guidelines and you are physically capable, you may be asked to wait in your car until your appointment time and a Medical Assistant will call you when the Provider is ready to begin. Thank you and we look forward to making these great strides towards fully re-opening and getting back to normal as soon as possible.
This free virtual class occurs the 4th Wednesday of each month at noon. Topics will vary around nutrition, diabetes prevention & management, exercise, stress management, and more. W.O.W Wednesday is open to everyone by registering below.
