About

North Shore Eye Specialists is a full scope Optometric Practice which offers a wide range of vision care services to patients of all ages. Dr. William Prentiss specializes in both contact lenses and pediatric vision services. He also has a special interest in ocular disease treatment and is certified in both diagnostic and therapeutic practice in Massachusetts. Dr. Louis Frank is a specialist in both contact lenses and low vision rehabilitation. Dr. Frank is also certified in both diagnostic and therapeutic practice. He has been providing low vision services to the partially sighted for 21 years. In addition to fitting custom contact lenses, Dr. Frank is a clinical investigator for several contact lens corporations and conducts research studies in the practice evaluating new contact lens designs and new contact lens solution products as part of the process of seeking Food and Drug Administration approval for new contact lens products.
