Originally constructed in 1904 the Mutual Building was designed to be the largest sky scraper in Richmond. The building was fully completed in 1909 when 3 more stories were added to solidify that it was in fact the tallest building the city had to offer. Well over a hundred years old the Mutual Building is a piece of history that Landmark is excited to preserve and restore into functional living spaces.
