Wahoo! We almost made it to the weekend. One of our PTs Mike is celebrating with an amazing chocolate cake. What is your favorite kind of cake?
It's a simple concept, but makes a huge impact. Break up with your chair and get moving because our bodies were built for motion.
Here are 3 things you can do today to MOVE MORE:
1. Take the stairs
2. Park in the back of the lot
3. Go for a quick walk

HAPPY TUESDAY! These two are flossing in the clinic today celebrating National Coffee Day! Whats your favorite type of coffee?
Friends, we need your help! We need patients like you to share your experiences with lawmakers, so they know how critical physical therapy is and the importance of continued access to care.
We're fighting hard to oppose the proposed cuts to Medicare services, but we can't do it alone.
It only takes 2 minutes. Please click here: https://zcu.io/t63q to take action and let your voice be heard! Thank you!
What do you do when you have the "world's best boss"?Give them a Dundie, of course!
Our Wayland team honored clinic director, Matt Casterline, for his servant leadership and constant dedication to the team. Matt's hard work earned him his very own Dundie. Well done, Matt. Well done.

Hats off to our latest patient of the week, Caleb!
Caleb is one of our Grant HS patients who has made an outstanding recovery from a tough injury and he kept a cool attitude the whole way though. Caleb was also excited to share with us that he's made 100 wins in his high school wrestling career! Way to go Caleb!! 👏💯

Every athlete and patient want to get back on their feet and living life as quickly as possible. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our state-of-the-art NormaTec Compression System.
Corey Kuipers is explaining how it works to reduce swelling and inflammation, provide faster muscle recovery, and increase range of motion, to name a few.
The system uses compressed air to massage your limbs and speed up recovery by mobilizing fluid from your limbs toward your core.
This technology is available to both current patients, and those who want to stop in and take advantage of the equipment. Call 616.997.6172 or leave a comment below with any questions you have.

Where are our puppy fans? 🙋♀️ Did you know today is #NationalPuppyDay and we're calling attention to a favorite local business, Noah Project.
Noah Project is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter that is 100% funded by community donations! They're dedicated to providing the compassionate well-being of abused, unwanted, and surrendered pets. Animals in their care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care, and are treated with love and respect as they await to be matched into loving forever homes! Their goal is to educate the community on animal welfare, collaborate with other shelters, and ultimately strive for a world where every companion animal has a loving home.
Our Muskegon team picked this business today because our team loves pets! We support them because like us, Noah Project and its team members are caregivers for the community and help their clients have a better life - only their clients have 4 legs. ❤️ We also choose to support Noah’s project because we understand the important role that pets can play in the recovery for humans.
Even though the dogs that are saved by Noah’s project are not official service dogs, they still help people heal mentally which in turns helps focus on physical recovery.
Do you have a success story with a rescue dog? Share below, we'd love to see your cute pets!
"Favorite thing about my job is the relationships I build with my athletes that go beyond graduation!” - Mackenzie Delgado, ATC - Coopersville
In celebration of #ATCMonth we're highlighting some of the amazing athletic trainers on our staff who work tirelessly to keep our kids safe on the field.
When we asked Mackenzie why she went into Athletic Training she had this to say, "My high school AT is the reason I became an AT. We had a great relationship, she was always there to talk to and she took me under her wing and let me help on the sidelines. She made a huge difference in my life and I wanted to do the same one day."
Thank you Mackenzie, and all the ATCs on our team who help our student athletes - we're grateful for you!
Friends! Who do you know that would make a good addition to our team? Our clinics in Grand Rapids, Coopersville, Kalamazoo, and Reed City are hiring and would love to hear from you.
