Medical Records at Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital Campus has moved to a new location! As of February 5, 2019, Medical Records is located at 2731 Sycamore Road, Suite B, DeKalb, just south of the hospital. Parking is available directly in front of the building for easy patient access.
Due to the extreme cold weather conditions, Northwestern Medicine is canceling Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab at Kishwaukee and Valley West Hospitals on Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31.
Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center will delay opening Wednesday and Thursday to 7am, and will close early on Wednesday at 5pm.

Due to increased patient volumes, expect extended wait times in the Kishwaukee Hospital Emergency Department. For minor illness or injury, please consider visiting your primary care physician or Northwestern Medicine Convenient Care Sycamore, located at 1850 Gateway Drive.
