Find time for yourself, I listened to another female dentist video this morning talking about how dentists are perfectionists and how even if you just workout for a little time or do a bit of yoga or meditation is all good. Our schedule can change and is fine. 15 minutes or 30 minutes is better than nothing at all. Just because you block 60 minutes and now you don't have it doesn't mean the world is over.

Hello! Everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Only a few days left of 2020. Let's have a great 2021. My office will be 2 years old in March. Time flies. I probably gained a few extra wrinkles. The Phoenix zoo which is nonprofit showed some of their animals like the hyena and others, who got a root canal. X-rays looked good! Very proud of the vets taking care of the animals dental health.

Last Thursday I saw a 95 year old patient that got happy tears. It reminds me how grateful I am when helping a patient achieve what they want or what they need.
My description of a dentist is that we are CSI investigators of teeth and there lots of ways to solve a problem if teeth hurt or bother you. There are so many ways of doing different things and that is what is exciting about it.
Memory of 4 years ago. I almost lost a finger and a hand surgeon saved my hand. Thanks to that provider I can still practice what I love, dentistry. Even with my crooked finger I am an ethical doctor and I will care about you. I am proud that I got certified in implantology, Invisilign, Bioclear and facial injectables during the last two years. Soon, I will start my fellowship in implantology with UNLV and will finish the Biologic dentistry and PRP certification. Yes, I am 54, however learning and keep being updated is part of the Not your typical dentist philosophy. Is funny how the surgeon marks the hand with an X to operate in the correct hand. I had to give myself antibiotics through my arm for 2 months.
It has being a year that the parking lot at the strip mall where we are located was empty because of Covid.
