About

Incorporated in March 1996, NOW Specialties, Inc. is the leading commercial wall systems fabricator in Texas. NOW was the first ACM fabricator—and is still the only MCA Premium Fabricator—in Texas and the surrounding states. We are Trespa’s only National Fabricator in the area. We are a turn-key subcontractor, and install nearly 1 million square feet of material annually. We have excellent history with 3A Composites (Alucobond), Arconic (formerly Alcoa, manufacturers of Reyonbond) and Mitsubishi Chemical Composites America, Inc. (Alpolic).

See our previous post. Everything we said on March 23 still applies today. We haven't been on social media much because there are more pressing issues. However, we are still unaware of supply-chain disruptions. We are still unaware of any major labor issues. We are still operating at full capacity. We are cooperating fully with our general contractors as they introduce more stringent site rules, to comply with county regulations and CDC recommendations. After implementing policies which created physical distance between employees, we are bidding, fabricating and installing as before. One more point: we can't wait to get off of these video conferences and get out into the world again!

Every day is a great day to celebrate the amazing women in our lives, but International Women's Day gives us an extra reason to do just that. YES WE CAN!
March is Women's History Month – commemorating and encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American history. Louise Blanchard Bethune (1856–1913) is widely considered to be the first woman to practice as a professional architect in the United States. She participated in the design of one hundred fifty buildings in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and was also the first woman member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the first woman to be honored as an AIA Fellow.
This week Luminary/Corgan unveiled a gloriously colorful mural that celebrates one of the world’s most universal and cherished themes – LOVE. Created by nationally renowned Texas artists Bradford “Bradlio” Maxfield and Christin “Saekart” Atkinson, the artists spent approximately four months designing and hand-painting the image that spans 160 feet wide and 50 feet high. What better way to welcome people to Dallas than with this larger-than-life message on your front door? WE LOVE IT! #architecturaldesign #nowspecialties #love #dallasart #corganheadquarters
