Dr. Nick Nowicki is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® and an Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Provider. He provides services involving the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of neuromusculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Common health conditions he treats are spinal conditions, migraines, jaw pain, rotator cuff injuries, carpal tunnel, and plantar fasciitis.
Dr. Nick’s specialty is the management of sports related injuries. He has helped athletes of all abilities and disciplines return to activity. His own race experiences include 2-Ironman Triathlon finishes and a 50-mile ultramarathon finish. He is currently training for Ironman Wisconsin and Florida in 2012.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nick is a part-time faculty member at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Triathlon Coach. As a continuing education instructor at School Districts 211 and 214, he teaches the golf conditioning and spinal rehabilitation courses. Dr. Nick personally trains individuals of all fitness levels and volunteers his time coordinating the track workouts for the Arlington Trotters and Suburban Multisport Clubs.
