Established in 1958 it was the first facility opened by The Nugent Group. It houses 54 rooms on a beautiful park-like setting only blocks from downtown Hermitage. The beautiful grounds include a pond and enclosed courtyard with flower beds and planters. Nugent’s employs a professional nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to provide a full range of support and treatment. Services are designed to assist each resident in reaching their optimal potential. All staff are pre-screened and up-to-date on all certificates and clearances.
