Dr. Nupur Agrawal is a Clinical Instructor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UCLA and practices primary care at the UCLA Medicine-Pediatrics Comprehensive Care Clinic in Santa Monica, California where she provides personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Her clinical interests are broad and include primary and preventive care for all patients, adolescent medicine, advocating for improved access to healthcare as well as for human rights, and resident and medical student education. She is also a member of the UCLA Gender Health Program and provides primary and gender-health related care to transgender and gender-diverse patients.
Dr. Agrawal received her undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in Biological Sciences from Cornell University, her Master of Public Health degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia University, and her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her combined residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Agrawal is a member of the Gold Humanism Society, and was named a Super Doctors® Southern California Rising Star in 2020. Dr. Agrawal was also awarded the Med-Peds Outstanding Faculty of the Year 2019-2020 by the medicine pediatrics residents. was also awarded She is fluent in English and Hindi and speaks both conversational and basic medical Spanish. In her free time, Dr. Agrawal enjoys a range of activities including cooking, painting, crafting, hiking, traveling, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
