COVID left us no choice but to adapt to a new world, limiting the physical interaction between our staff and our clients. Today for Worldwide Gratitude Day we are celebrating YOU, our loyal clients, and your pets. Thank YOU for adapting to curbside and social distancing protocols and waiting longer than desired when visiting our clinic. Thank YOU for being patient with our team during these unprecedented difficult times!!
So this about sums up her”resting bitch face” she was so misunderstood. Her bites were never meant to hurt.. just meant to show love❤️❤️ tonight as a family we had to say goodbye to our FIONA “FU”. She was with us at NAH for 14 years, no one wanted her because of her feisty attitude.. that didn’t stop us. She found her home with us and we loved her.. we will miss you Fi😢 go find Cleveland and cuddle💔💔

There is so much tension in our world today, clogging up our brains and psyche. I thought you would enjoy these few minutes of beauty and peace.
Happy "Veterinary Technicians Week" to them and basically our entire staff. They could use a week of horors after these last 7 months. Thank you for your resilience, your hard work, and especially for giving every animal that comes through our doors every thing you got ❤️❤️🐾🐾Enjoy the spoils..
So today we took a little longer lunch and had some fun. We colored :) And as you can see everyone got into it. Sometimes you just need to unwind. And i hung them up just like when you were in school.
Getting excited!!! In early November we are launching a new platform AllyDVM. Here you will be able to exchange text messages with us, share your pets vaccination history and we can remind you of upcoming appointments, vaccines due etc. You will be able to order your pets medications/food and continue to schedule appointments. Looking forward to connecting with all of you. More information to follow🐾🐾

You can contact us to check. Otherwise you can download the app through the App store "AllyDVM" it will connect you to us via email or text, and allow access to our appointment schedule, online pharmacy and so much more. You can order your pets medication with a simple text and view your pets vaccination records with a simple click. You will receive text alerts for upcoming appointments and we can keep you up to date on new products etc. So download the App now and get started. Oh and dont forget to add your pets profile picture when prompted.

ATTENTION CLIENTS.. Unfortunately we recently had one of our employees test positive. This brought everything back to reality, we closed our hospital for 2 days and had it professionally COVID sanitized and our entire staff was tested. All of our tests came back negative and our positive employee is in quarantine. At this time we have decided it is in our best interest to return to Curbside only appointments to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
Once again we ask for your patience as this can cause longer wait times. Please call the front desk upon arrival, the doctor will call you back to go over your concerns and then one of our techs will bring your pet into the hospital, once the exam is complete the doctor will call you back to go over their findings. Payments are done over the phone.
Again I can not say enough how grateful I am to have this group of dedicated people who have gone above and beyond for the last 8 months. Please be kind to them as we once again try to work through unchartered territory. BE SAFE.

So as most of you know for 10 months now we have been open and here for you. But that being said we have taken a lot of abuse.. from people we have never met before and those we have known for years. And I will be honest I am not sure how much more my staff can withstand☹️ We are trying our hardest to accommodate you all in a world we never would have dreamed existed. I ask once again that you not take your frustrations out on our staff!!! We have seen your pets when your regular vet would not, we have seen you on emergency so you did not have to go to the emergency hospital’s. It is not our fault that we did not get the food or medication you ordered , just like everywhere else they may have had to close therefore delaying shipment. The list goes on.. I am asking for your patience at long wait times. And I am asking above all please be KIND AND UNDERSTANDING WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO HELP YOUR PETS❤️❤️
