Westchester based Rosemarie Pomilla, a professional hair and make-up artist, has over twenty years of experience in the beauty industry. She has her state cosmetology license, and is certified in advanced make-up application by the prestigious Il Makiage in New York City.
Rosemarie attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, obtaining degrees in fashion buying and merchandising and cosmetic and fragrance marketing. She has worked for and directly with celebrity hairstylist Frederic Fekkai.
