One option for turning in your completed mail ballot is to drop it off in a secure dropbox at Village of Oak Park, Illinois, located at 123 Madison St. You can do so starting October 19th until November 2nd, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Vote-By-Mail Information from Village of Oak Park, Illinois: Any registered suburban Cook County voter may request a mail ballot online. Once registration information is confirmed, the county will send a ballot application form via U.S. Mail to the address included in the original ballot request. Need a ride? Oak Park Township offers taxicab coupons for seniors age 60 and older, as well as for persons with disabilities. Upon proof of age and/or disability, Oak Park residents may purchase one coupon book per month (10 coupons per book) for $6.00 to redeem with Blue and Red Cab Companies. Please call 708-383-8005 weekdays from 9am to 5pm to request a coupon book for pick-up or to have one mailed to you. Make checks payable to Oak Park Township. ID showing proof of age is required.
