How to prevent cavities:
1) Brush your teeth at least 2x a day
2) Floss at least 1x a day to clean between your teeth and under your gums
3) Rinse with fluoride mouth wash for protection
4) Maintain a healthy diet
5) Last but not least, visit your dentist regularly for preventative care visits (every 6 months or what your dentist recommends)
