"I have had first hand experience in the senior living industry when my mother had a major stroke in 2006. The shock and suddenness of this event has had a lasting impact on my family. The confusion during that time led to many misguided decisions including a poor placement for my mother following her stroke, which led to several moves for her. I believe the hands-on approach of the Oasis Senior Advisor is the perfect solution to this growing problem. My goal as an Oasis Senior Advisor is to lessen the turmoil and confusion during times of a medical crisis and provide families with the best possible options that fit their needs".
Lloyd has worked in the health care industry for 25 years. Many of those years were spent in the operating room, working as a surgical technician and also a medical device sales representative. He is passionate about customer service as well as developing and maintaining lasting relationships.

Debbie has been a registered nurse since 2000. Her childhood dream was always to help people. She excels in easing the frightening and stressful unknown for seniors and their families. Debbie's goal is to provide seniors and their families with the most education so they can make the best healthcare choices possible.
Lloyd and Debbie live in Boise with their 3 children. They enjoy family time together and attending their children’s many sporting and scouting events. They also share in family activities such as biking, camping, hiking and family game night. Debbie also likes to garden and is an avid reader, while Lloyd is more adventurous and takes on mountain biking.
