Starting on Monday, June 1st we will allow one visitor to accompany our patients to their appointments. Please do not bring children. We still need to be cognizant of social distancing. We have limited space in the lobby so some may have to wait in the car if the lobby is full.
We continue to be concerned over the safety of our patients and staff so please be patient as we slowly get back to a new normal.

Our physicians are back to their normal schedules. They are all back in the office seeing their patients. With the amount of patients we see in the office and our space constraints we are not making changes to the visitor policy. So we ask that you not bring anyone with you. There are few exceptions. If the lobby is full or you feel more comfortable waiting in your car, you can give your cell number to our employee at registration and we will call you when it's time for your appointment. We thank you all for your understanding and cooperation. Hopefully we will be able to loosen the restrictions in the future.
In an effort to protect our patients as well as our physicians, we will implement a new work flow starting Monday, April 13th, 2020.
We are transitioning to 3 physician teams. One team will be in the hospital, one in the office and one at home. They will be rotating every 2 weeks. We will continue this model for at least the next 6 weeks.
The goal of this model is to always have healthy physicians available to care for our patients in the event that a physician gets sick or has a hospital exposure.
We understand many of you will not get to see you usual physician for your appointments and/or your delivery during this time and we apologize for the inconvenience. We truly feel this is the best option, so that we can continue to provide all of our patients with the best possible care.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.
COVID-19 UPDATE:
We will continue our NO VISITOR policy.
We are rescheduling all routine Gynecology appointments.
Tele-visits are available upon request and deemed
appropriate.
Pregnant woman should keep appointments as scheduled, unless notified.
Please refrain from bringing family members to your visit.
Because our lobby is small and we need to keep the appropriate "social distancing", we may ask you to wait in your car until there is a room available.
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please call before coming to get the appropriate instructions.
Please familiarize yourself with the hospital visitor restrictions available on their website: mercy.com, under Covid -19 updates
Thank You. We appreciate your cooperation during this time.
