"Shout out to O’Fallon Overhead Door Co. Last Wednesday morning a spring broken leaving our cars trapped in our garage as the door was too heavy for me to manually lift. I had seen OOD trucks about town and remembered their name so I called at left a message before 7 AM. Shortly I received a call back and were told technicians would be at my house early that afternoon. David and Mark were right on time. They were courtesy, professional and did an outstanding job. Here’s the kicker. On Saturday I received a “Thank You” card for my business in the mail from the staff at OOD. I have never received a “Thank You” card after a service call from any company before. What a nice surprise. Hope I don’t have anymore problems with my garage door, but if I do – I know who I am going to call 636-272-2722."
