This Sombreroni pasta is a true artisan quality, made in Puglia Italy and the rainbow colors are made from all-natural ingredients like beetroot, paprika, spinach and turmeric. Did you know the best way to preserve extra virgin olive oil is to keep it in a stainless steel container, called a Fusti. Fusti are an excellent way to preserve olive oil. For even better preservation, we top your fusti off with inert argon gas. We fill a couple of bottles day-to-day and leave the bulk container carefully closed the rest of the time. A good rule of thumb is to buy what you consume in a month to maintain fresh olive oil.
