Starting our Friday with a farewell to two of our amazing summer clerks: Morgan Kain (R) and Shelby Bensinger (L). Shelby is from Fayetteville, Ark., and currently lives in Athens, Ga., where she will kick off her third and final year of UGA Law School. She’s been diligently assisting our lawyers across various practice areas and has hopes to practice in litigation, specifically medical malpractice defense. Morgan, is from Muscle Shoals, Ala., and currently lives in Knoxville, Tenn. She’s headed back to University of Tennessee College of Law and set to graduate May 2021. For the future, she hopes to do both transactional and litigation work. It was an absolute pleasure to have them with us and we are all rooting for their success!
