As many of you know, Operation Shore Patrol was canceled for 2020. While we as an Association will not be there sponsoring OSP, don't let that keep you from continuing on the tradition in our 49 years there.
There will be dumpsters available at Cape Disappointment (Seaview & Bolstad beach approaches), Ocean Shores (Ocean City State Park), & Westport (Twin Harbors State Park).

Too many people think the reason an off-roader carries a Hi-Lift Jack is only to change tires. Maybe some do. You "can" use it for that. However, the real benefit is it's actually an off-roader's multi-tool. You know, a jack of all trades. (Sorry, not enough coffee yet. :( **clears throat** )
Yeah, I have changed a tire with one. It does that, but so does the one that comes, new, with my rig. However, I have also used it when a tire fell into a hole clear up to the axle. You could not get other jacks under the rig without a TON of digging work. I only needed 4.5" of space for the Hi-Lift. So we jacked the truck up with the Hi-Lift until we could build up some rocks/logs under the tire and drove it out. I used it as a winch/Come-Along when a friend's on-board winch failed. We could not get another rig in place to use their electric winch on him. The Hi-Lift got him home. I even used it once to push a bent fender off a tire after a wheeling buddy had a small disagreement with a tree. (That tree attacked him!!)
If your only concern is changing a tire in your driveway, there are, IMHO, better jack options. But for trail use, this multi-tool can be a great addition to your "Uh-Oh Kit".
Like the winches, cables, and snatch straps we use, and off-roading in general, this tool can be dangerous if you don't do your part. Your part is learning how to use this and all your other rescue tools BEFORE you need them out on the trail.
Wheel Safe!!
