About Omar Ozgur, MD
Omar Ozgur, MD, is an ophthalmic plastic surgeon practicing in Mission Viejo, California. He specializes in oculoplastic surgery and orbital surgery and offers a comprehensive range of services to enhance the appearance and function of patients’ eyes and faces.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, Dr. Ozgur earned his medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont. He served his internship at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, in Honolulu. Dr. Ozgur went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in New York City. He also completed rigorous fellowship training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
