About the International Code Council
The ICC is a non-profit organization that develops a single set of comprehensive and coordinated National Construction Codes. They administer the most recognized Master Electrician test in PA covering all aspects of electrical theory, calculations, and OHMS laws, as well as understanding, interpretation, and working knowledge of the current National Electric Code Book. The Masters test is recognized and accepted in most PA cities, including Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.
