OneStreet Residential has participated in the Atlanta Apartment Association Food Drive benefitting the Atlanta Community Food Bank for the last several years and recently kicked off collection efforts at each of our communities. HearthSide Peachtree City did a fantastic job of decorating their Food Cart and we just had to share. #onestreetstrong

We are excited to announce the following recent corporate promotions:
Deke Rochester (formerly Director of Development) promoted to Vice President of Development. Deke joined OneStreet in 2013. In his new role as Vice President, Deke will be leading the development of OneStreet’s next original concept: 55+ Cottage rental communities, with multiple construction starts planned in 2021.
Karen Thompson (formerly Director, Human Resources) promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Karen joined the One Street family in 2018 and has been instrumental in improving our benefit plan offerings and continues to work with her team to better develop and engage our great associates, helping us to work more efficiently and improve the quality of our work life.
Ernest Marchetti (formerly Controller) promoted to Vice President of Accounting. Ernest joined the OneStreet team in 2014, and has been instrumental in improving and streamlining accounting processes for our growing portfolio across both property management and development.
