Welcome to OoLaLa! Pho & Bánh Mì in Morris Plains, NJ. We are a “fast-casual” style restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese rice noodles called “pho”, French-influenced sandwiches known as “bánh mì”, and other traditional dishes in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Our goal is to celebrate and share Vietnamese cuisine and culture with customers in a quick, healthy meal using only the freshest ingredients.
The aroma, color and flavor of each dish are all vital elements of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. OoLaLa!’s menu is inspired by these same values: our noodle soups are served in an aromatic broth which has been simmered all day in spices and herbs like star anise and lemongrass, paired with tender cuts of meat, crunchy bean sprouts and onions, freshly picked basil leaves, and a squeeze of lime. Our sandwiches feature succulent meats and are accompanied by a spread of rich, homemade mayonnaise, French paté, sweet-and-slightly-sour pickled carrots and celery, and leafy sprigs of cilantro inside a French baguette toasted to perfection. Our appetizers, rice dishes, and desserts are all prepared with the same care and dedication!
