Wellness Tip - Take a breather! When is the last time you remember sitting down, closing your eyes, and taking a few long, deep breaths? It has probably been a while! Congrats to our intern Fatima for running her first marathon! She ran her marathon in 4 hours and plans to do the Chicago Marathon in 2021. Training for and running a marathon is a very tough but rewarding experience, way to go!
